Product return policy, transaction cancellation and refund

- By using our website, you agree that the original Hebrew text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.
Please note that anyone who purchases products on the website we operate (www.sunandcook.co.il) may cancel the purchase transaction in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 (the “Consumer Protection Law”). If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, we invite you to review this policy.
We emphasized that in any case of conflict between the rules set forth below and the rules set forth in the Consumer Protection Law, the full and detailed cancellation rules in the Consumer Protection Law are the determining rules.
The following words, when they appear in the body of the document, have a permanent meaning.
The meaning is valid whether they appear in the singular or in the plural.

- Customer – a person, company or other party who purchased a product through the site.
- Transaction – ordering and purchasing a product through the website.
- Product – an item offered for sale on the website.
- Credit – refund after returning the product to us.

The following conditions apply to all products purchased from us, through the website:
- The customer’s right to cancel a transaction:
- A customer may cancel the transaction, in his sole discretion, for any reason, and without the need to provide an explanation, of any kind and type, for cancellation.
- The customer’s right to cancel the transaction from the date of the transaction until fourteen days from the date of receipt of the product (by him and / or someone on his behalf) or from the date of receipt of a document containing the details stated in subsection 14C (b) of the Consumer Protection Law, whichever is later.
- In order to exercise the right to cancel the transaction, the customer must inform us of his written decision by sending an e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org
- The responsibility for returning the product to us lies with the customer – the customer will bear the costs of returning the product and will be responsible for its integrity until it reaches us. The product should be sent to Daniel Feuerman, PO Box. 3, Midreshet Ben Gurion, 8499000.
It is recommended to use an insured mail service that with tracking, such as Israel Post or a courier company.
- We will not be able to refund the customer without actually receiving the product.
- Cancellation due to defect or non-compliance:
- In any case of cancellation due to a defect in the product or a discrepancy between the product or service and the details provided to you regarding the product or due to non-delivery of the product on the date set for this or other violation of the terms of the contract
- We will refund within 14 days of receiving notice of cancellation, the same portion of the transaction price paid,
- and/or we will cancel the charge due to the transaction and we will give you a copy of the notice of cancellation of the said charge and we will not charge any cancellation fees.
- Cancellation not due to defect or non-conformity:
- We may charge a cancellation fee in the event of a cancellation not due to a defect or non-compliance at the rate of 5% of the price of the product you purchased or NIS 100, whichever is lower.
- The customer will be credited no later than 7 business days from the day we receive the returned product.
- The refund will be made by the same means of payment used by the customer when he purchased the product; in the case of a delayed payment transaction – the balance of payments will be canceled.
- We emphasized that the refund will not include the transportation fee of the product to the customer, and from there to us.
- Product return terms:
A product can be returned under the following conditions:
- The product is in its original packaging, has not been used and has not been damaged in any way.
- The product is not manufactured according to the customer’s specifications or customized to his needs.
- The right to refuse the return a product that does not meet these conditions is reserved to us, at our sole discretion.
- Returning products after their condition has changed adversely while in your possession, including in the case of returning a product that has been damaged and / or impaired and / or spoiled and / or suffered any damage and / or its packaging has been damaged and / or any action that changes its condition is subject to our right to claim damages caused to us.
